Set Up Your Email Account
OUTLOOK*
Step 1: Open your email client
Open Outlook, and click on tools view »
Step 2: Click on accounts
Click on email accounts view »
Step 3: View or change account
Click On view or change account, then click next. view »
Step 4: Click on add
Click on add. view »
Step 5: Pick Pop account
Make sure there is a dot in pop3 account view »
Step 6: Enter your account infomation.
Enter you account infomation as shown below, make sure to use your domain name and email address, once done click on the advanced button. view »
Step 7: Check outgoing server
Make sure there is an check in my server requires authentication, then click ok and next. Once that is done your account should be setup correctly. view »
OUTLOOK EXPRESS*
Step 1: Click on Tools
Click on tools view »
Step 2: Click on accounts
Click on accounts view »
Step 3: Add mail
Click on add, then pick mail view »
Step 4: Display name
Please enter your display name, this name can be anything you like. view »
Step 5: Add email address
Type in your email address view »
Step 6: Server Names
Type in the servers names, using your domain as shown below. Once done click next. view »
Step 7: user name and password
Enter your user name and password, the user name needs to be the entire email address. view »
Step 8: Click Finish
Click Finish and you account should be setup correctly. view »
THUNDERBIRD*
Step 3: ClickTools
Click tools view »
Step 2: Click Acount settings
Click account settings. view »
Step 3: Add account
Click Add account. view »
Step 4: Email account.
place a dot in email account, then click next. view »
Step 5: Email address
type in your name and email address, then click next. view »
Step 6: Server settings
Make sure there is a dot in pop account, then enter you pop and smtp server names. The server names would be mail.domain.com. Once done click next. view »
Step 7: Incoming user name
Type in your email address here email@domein.com, then click next. view »
Step 8: Account name
The account name should be the email address, if not change it to your email address. If this is already correct click next. view »
Step 9: Click Finish
Check over the account settings to make sure everything looks correct, click back to fix any errors you see. Once everything is correct click finish and your account should be all set up. view »
ENTOURAGE*
Step 1: Click Tools
Click tools then accounts. view »
Step 2: Click On New
Click on New view »
Step 3: Email address
Enter your email address here. view »
Step 4: Configure account
Click on configure account. view »
Step 5: Account settings
Enter your account settings here name, email address, account id this will be your email address. For the incoming and outgoing server names, you will use mail.yoursite.com view »
Step 6: Verify Settings
Click verify settings, if everything was entered correctly you should get an Ok message. view »
Step 7: Click Finish
Click finish and you account will be setup and ready to get email. view »
